The institution listed isfor the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator.Rhodamine-labeled alcohol dehydrogenase was incorporated into an Eastman polymer film and studied by FCS. The goal was to ascertain if the protein molecules were able to undergo translational diffusion in the polymer matrix. The FCS data indicated no significant diffuion and also that subtantial photobleaching occured under the experimental conditions.
