? ADMIN CORE (HOLLAND) Under the oversight of Dr. Eric Holland, the FusOnC2 Center Admin Core will provide organization and oversight across all projects and cores in this grant. It will support the operational activities of the grant by providing logistics and communication support, including budget tracking, project management of events and activities, evaluation of grant development, resource sharing and reporting across projects and cores, as well as communication of progress to both the internal and external community.
The aims of the Admin Core are (A) to ensure progress of all projects and cores and track progress towards stated milestones, (B) to provide efficient stewardship of resources, (C) to foster synergy and interaction across all projects, teams, researchers and administrators, and (D) facilitate programs and activities to communicate findings to the larger scientific community.
