9413091 DuVall Building on their existing successful partnership, East Carolina University and Black and Decker will use industrial sites and research in lieu of traditional classrooms and graduate theses for a masters degree. One hundred twenty people from defense industry and military sites in Maryland and North Carolina will be able to earn a Master of Science in Industrial Technology through research projects and interactive compressed video courses at six Black and Decker sites through research projects and interactive video courses.
