The Department of Mathematics at U.C. Davis will purchase computer equipment which will be dedicated to the support of research in Large Scale Scientific Computation, Partial Differential Equations, Diffusion Theory in Random Media, Asymptotic Analysis, Cellular Automata and Mathematical Physics.
