ABSTRACT OPP-9522627 Myers The Interagency Arctic Research Policy Committee (IARPC) provides leadership for the US Arctic Monitoring and Assessment Program (AMAP). The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) functions as the U.S. Secretariat to the AMAP program. Funds are provided via this interagency transfer for the U.S. data Management efforts, and to assist in preparation of heavy metals, climate change and UV-B effects, and hydrocarbon pollution chapters.
