Abstract

Public Health Relevance

This goal of this application is to enhance the diagnostic capacity and capabilities of Animal Disease Research and Diagnostic Laboratory (ADRDL), South Dakota in support of an integrated food safety system. Specifically, enhancements in microbiology food defense, whole genome sequencing based testing and data exchange is envisaged.
