The Suicide Prevention Outreach Trial is a large pragmatic trial evaluating the effectiveness of populationbased outreach to reduce risk of suicide attempt among mental health and primary care patients who report frequent thoughts of death or self-harm. The trial is now underway in three large healthcare systems (Group Health Cooperative, HealthPartners, and Kaiser Permanente Colorado). This application requests supplemental funds to expand to a fourth health system, Kaiser Permanente Northwest.
